Sugar Baby Lip Gloss Duo: Swatches/Mini Review

A few months ago around Christmas time I brought this duo lip gloss set by Sugar Baby. I hadn't really heard anything about this brand but I absolutely fell in love with the packaging, so I though I give their glosses a go. 

The first gloss in the duo is called "Lets Rock Baby." I always love it when company's give their products fun names. 

So the colour doesn't look very appealing in the tube, but it's actually a perfect natural/nude shade on the lips. Oh...and it smells/tastes like warm caramel :)

The applicator is very different from usual lip gloss applicators. Once you give the tube a light squeeze, the product will come out from the fuzzy nozzle. At first I was kinda unsure about this as I was so used to the doe foot applicators, but after a while I came around..it almost feel like your applying lip balm. The only down side to this is if your pairing the gloss with a lipstick, some of the lipstick residue will rub off onto the applicator. 

The gloss feels lovely and smooth on my lips and all-in-all is perfect for an everyday natural look. 

The next gloss in the collection is this very beautiful duo-chrome sparkly pink called Gossip Girl. 

It looks magnificent in the tube!

The applicator of this gloss differs from the previous, the brush tip makes it fast and easy to get a precise application.

Although this gloss looks absolutely stunning in the tube, it's much sticker than the other- something which I absolutely hate! Not only this but I'm also not a fan of glittery lip gloss- It's a total no go for me. 

Overall, these lip glosses are nice but nothing to write home about. I can see myself using "Lets Rock Baby" because it feels comfortable on my lips (not sticky) and the colour is very easy to pull off. As for Gossip Girl... well I can just about hear it rolling to the back of my draw, into a sea of discarded makeup, never to be seen again.
