A few months ago I got my hands on the Estee Lauder Limited Edition Colors Palette, it has since become my favourite "handbag palette" to carry around with me.
Like a lot of high end makeup products, this eye and lip palette comes in the standard velvet pouch. I've always appreciated this little touch because there's something very elegant about it, and also on a practical level- if you are going to carry it around in your bag, it stops the case from getting scratched or damaged.
In addition to the pouch, the palette also comes with the standard sponge tip applicator and small brush. I don't tend to use these but I guess it's nice to have them in there just in case.

The palette comes with 5 lip colours and 5 eyeshadow.

I absolutely love the selection of lip colours because there is such a great variety of shades, and they are all amazingly pigmented; this is the sole reason for me carrying this palette in my handbag.  |

I have to admit, I'm not overjoyed about the eyeshadows. The shadows on their own are all very pretty but it would have been nice to have a variety of colours (gold, purple, cranberry, gunmetal ect.) however they are reasonably pigmented and have a lovely texture.  |

My favourite shade has to be Amethyst Spark- it's a very beautiful purple with blue glitter which gives it a nice duo-chrome effect.
